We conduct mystery shopping in South América, Central América, North América and Europe. Mystery shopping assesses the customer service of a company’s team. This technique consists of a team of researchers trained to simulate they are “clients” of a specific company in order to assess the company’s weak points as a result of a investigation diagnosis. Results offer improvements in the customer service process or even in the services and products structure.
